Enough for the table, served on boards: Potpourri of Oktoberfest bread and cold cut delights. Fine cold ham, veal hamburgers, Bauernpresssack (type of headcheese or brawn), mini Regensburger sausages, smoked trout mousse, cheese cubes, Obazda cheese, red and white radishes, tomatoes, pickled gherkins and 1 small pretzel per person.
 
Main course
Crispy Lower Bavarian farm duck roasted with Paulaner duck sauce, served with red cabbage and cranberry and potato dumplings (Enough for the table, served in baking dish and bowls – “Help yourself!”)
 
Dessert
Iced Champagne-wheat beer-Tiramisu with raspberry purée
