The Bavarian Veal Menu
Enough for the table, served on boards: Potpourri of Oktoberfest bread and cold cut delights. Fine cold ham, veal hamburgers, Bauernpresssack (type of headcheese or brawn), mini Regensburger sausages, smoked trout mousse, cheese cubes, Obazda cheese, red and white radishes, tomatoes, pickled gherkins and 1 small pretzel per person.
 
Main course
Juicy roasted knuckles of veal – fresh from the oven, served with fresh chanterelles in cream, braised roasted vegetables and bread dumplings (Enough for the table, served in baking dish and bowls - “help yourself!”)
 
Dessert
Caramelized Kaiserschmarrn (fluffy pancake pieces) with apple compote, served in baking dish
